- Exercise informal technical leadership and provide mentorship to team members.
- Partner with application owners and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into integration designs aligned with enterprise architecture.
Qualifications

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with an iPaaS platform (Celigo experience a plus)
- Strong SQL Server design and T-SQL development skills (schemas, stored procedures, functions, triggers, tuning).
- Experience with .NET/C# development for internal services and integration components.
- Experience with API integrations, webhooks, event-driven patterns, schema mapping, and ETL/ELT.

- Entrepreneurial disposition — always seeking ways to increase efficiency and reduce technical debt.
- Exercises leadership without formal authority; provides technical mentorship to team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; superb at dealing with ambiguity.
- Passionate about helping teammates and end users succeed.
